Numerosas mujeres venezolanas embarazadas han huido de Venezuela. Para algunas de ellas, la crisis de salud ha incrementado el riesgo para sus vidas y sus hijos/as. Miles han llegado a Colombia en busca de atención médica. A pesar de los esfuerzos del gobierno para adoptar medidas de alivio a la afluencia masiva de migrantes, las mujeres embarazadas no reciben atención prenatal ni posnatal. Una de las principales barreras es su estatus migratorio y la estructura del sistema de salud. Teniendo en cuenta los principales debates en relación con el acceso a la salud de personas migrantes y refugiadas, como los problemas de salud pública, la preocupaciones del “imán”, del “polizón” y sobre los costos en la atención médica, este artículo estudia las obligaciones internacionales de derechos humanos de Colombia con respecto a su estatus migratorio y el derecho a la salud reproductiva. La investigación permite concluir que las medidas gubernamentales han sido insuficientes para cumplir con estas obligaciones.
