Martín Hevia

Este artículo sugiere que los aspectos centrales del derecho contractual en jurisdicciones diversas pueden explicarse en función de la idea de justicia correctiva. El artículo está dividido en tres partes. La primera distingue entre justicia correctiva y justicia distributiva. La segunda parte describe el derecho contractual. Finalmente, la tercera parte se concentra en las acciones por incumplimiento contractual y en cómo reflejan la idea de justicia correctiva.
